Maccheroni arrosto

Ingredients:

300 gr hover for conversion dry maccheroni

1 large onion

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons oil

250 gr hover for conversion ground beef

1 can peeled tomatoes

2 dl hover for conversion bouillon (broth)

pepper and salt

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 tablespoon flour

80 gr Parmesan cheese

100 gr hover for conversion mature cheese

Preparation:

Cook the maccheroni according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the small cut onion and the pressed garlic cloves in the oil. Add the ground beef and fry till crumbly and brown.
Add the tomatoes, bouillon, pepper, salt and rosemary. Let, covered, softly simmer for 10 minutes. Simmer another 10 minutes without cover to a slightly thick sauce. Add the flour. Stir well and let bind a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Put half of the pasta in a greased oven dish, cover with the sauce, 2/3 of the cheese, the rest of maccheroni and finaly the rest of the cheese.
Gratinate the maccheroni 20-30 minutes.
