Ingredients:

1 liter convert conversion buttermilk

70 gr convert conversionwhite wheat flour

How to prepare:

Combine flour with little buttermilk to a smooth mass.

Bring the rest of the buttermilk to a boil and add the flour mixture while stirring well. Simmer the porridge for 10 minutes (stir now and then).

 

Serve with syrup or sugar.
