Ingredients:

1 liter hover for conversion buttermilk

70 gr hover for conversion white wheat flour

 

Preparation:

Mix flour with a little buttermilk to a smooth mass.
Bring the rest of the buttermilk to a boil and add the flour mixture while stirring well. Simmer for 10 minutes (stir now and then).
 
Serve with syrup or sugar.
