Preparation in advance:Wash the pearled barley and soak overnight in the water.How to prepare:Bring the barley to a boil with the soak-water and simmer 2 hours.Add buttermilk and salt. Simmer the porridge 1-1,5 hour.
Serve with sugar and syrup.
