Ingredients:

60 gr convert conversionpearled barley

4 dl water convert conversion

1 liter convert conversionbuttermilk

salt

Preparation in advance:

Wash the pearled barley and soak overnight in the water.

How to prepare:

Bring the barley to a boil with the soak-water and simmer 2 hours.

Add buttermilk and salt. Simmer the porridge 1-1,5 hour.

 

Serve with sugar and syrup.
