Ingredients:

60 gr hover for conversion pearled barley

4 dl hover for conversion water

1 liter hover for conversion buttermilk

salt

 

 

 

Preparation:

Wash the pearled barley and let soak one night in the water.
Bring to a boil with the soak water and simmer 2 hours.
Add buttermilk and salt and simmer 1-1,5 hour.
 
Serve with sugar and syrup.
