Marinated fetaIngredients:350 gr feta1 tablespoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon coriander seeds125 gr sun dried tomatoes in oil4 small red Spanish peppers3-4 sprigs fresh rosemaryolive oilextra:jar of 7.5 dl

How to prepare:Dry the feta with kitchen paper and cube the cheese to 0,5-1 cm.Put the feta in a bowl and sprinkle oregano, coriander and black pepper over.Drain the tomatoes and keep the oil.Put feta, peppers, rosemary and tomatoes in the sterilised jar. Add the tomato oil (approximately 3 tablespoons) and complete with olive oil till the feta cubes are completely covered.Keep the closed jar a month in the fridge.Serve at room temperature.
