Marinated feta


350 gr convert conversionfeta

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon coriander seeds

125 gr convert conversion sun dried tomatoes in oil

4 small red Spanish peppers

3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary

olive oil

How to prepare:

Dry the feta with kitchen paper and cube the cheese to 0,5-1 cm.

Put the feta in a bowl and sprinkle oregano, coriander and black pepper over.

Drain the tomatoes and keep the oil.

Put feta, peppers, rosemary and tomatoes in the sterilised jar. Add the tomato oil (approximately 3 tablespoons) and complete with olive oil till the feta cubes are completely covered.

Keep the closed jar a month in the fridge.

Serve at room temperature.
