Mint chutney


Ingredients:

4-5 tablespoons fresh mint

4 spring onions

1 red chili pepper

salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons caster sugar

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

How to prepare:

Chop the mint, spring onions and the cleaned and seedless pepper.

Mash the mixture in a kitchen machine with 3 tablespoons water and the rest of the ingredients.

 

Preservable for 3 months in a airtight jar.
