Mint chutneyIngredients:4-5 tablespoons fresh mint4 spring onions1 red chili peppersalt1 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoons caster sugar1/4 teaspoon garam masala

How to prepare:Chop the mint, spring onions and the cleaned and seedless pepper.Mash the mixture in a kitchen machine with 3 tablespoons water and the rest of the ingredients.
Preservable for 3 months in a airtight jar.
