250 gr dark chocolate
(or 300 gr nuts optional)

How to prepare:
Put baking paper or greased foil on a working area.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F. Roast all nuts on a baking sheet 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
Melt the dark chocolate au-bain-marie and stir to a smooth mass.
Stick 2 of the same kind of nuts onto each other with little melted chocolate. Let stiffen.
Reheat the rest of the chocolate au-bain-marie and coat the nuts (use a fork).
Let the chocolates stiffen on the baking paper or foil.
Keep the chocolates in a closed drum on a cool, dark place or in the fridge.
