Nutty chocolates

Ingredients:

75 gr hover for conversion hazelnuts

75 gr hover for conversion cashew nuts

75 gr hover for conversion almonds

75 gr hover for conversion walnuts

250 gr dark chocolate

 

(or 300 gr nuts optional)

Preparation:

Put baking paper or greased foil on a working area.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F. Roast all nuts on a baking sheet in 10 minutes golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
Melt the dark chocolate au-bain-marie and stir to a smooth mass.
Stick 2 of the same kind of nuts onto each other with little melted chocolate. Let stiffen.
Reheat the rest of the chocolate au-bain-marie and coat the nuts (use a fork).
Let the chocolates stiffen on the baking paper or foil.
Keep the chocolates in a closed drum on a cool, dark place or in the fridge.
