 Nutty chocolates

Put baking paper or greased foil on a working area.Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F. Roast all nuts on a baking sheet 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool on a plate.Melt the dark chocolate  au-bain-marie and stir to a smooth mass.Stick 2 of the same kind of nuts onto each other with little melted chocolate. Let stiffen.Reheat the rest of the chocolate au-bain-marie and coat the nuts (use a fork).Let the chocolates stiffen on the baking paper or foil.Keep the chocolates in a closed drum on a cool, dark place or in the fridge.     First published:  April 12, 2003, Netherlands |
